"Company") (TSX:BSX) announced today the closing of the C$15,000,000
private placement financing with Agnico Eagle Mines Limited ("Agnico
Eagle") previously announced on May 14, 2015. A total of 62,500,000 common
shares of Belo Sun were issued and sold today to Agnico Eagle at a price of
C$0.24 per share. As a result of the transaction, Agnico Eagle now owns 17.4%
