Duluth Metals verkauft sich an Antofagasta: Aktienkurs explodiert um über 450%

So etwas sieht man im Juniorsektor der Rohstoffbranche extrem selten, was vor allem auf die schwere Baisse zurückzuführen ist, welche für historisch niedrige Bewertungen sorgt.

Duluth Metals (TSX:DM) verkauft sich heute quasi selber an die chilenische Branchengröße Antofagasta, die sich noch in diesem Jahr eigentlich vom JV-Projekt in den USA distanziert hatte. Nachdem der Aktienkurs von Duluth aber alleine in diesem Jahr nochmals um über 90% an Wert verlor, juckte es Antofagasta wohl sehr stark in den Fingern.

Nun übernimmt der Rohstoff-Major den Junior mit einen massiven Kurs-Premium. Ein Blick auf den Mehrjahres-Chart relativiert jedoch das bizarre wie spektakuläre Kursfeuerwerk von bis zu 500% heute..


Duluth Metals Agrees to Acquisition by Antofagasta PLC

TORONTO, Ontario, November 3, 2014 - Duluth Metals Limited ("Duluth", "Duluth Metals") (TSX: DM) (TSX:DM.U) today announces that it has entered into a binding agreement (the "Acquisition Agreement") with Antofagasta PLC ("Antofagasta") pursuant to which Antofagasta has agreed, subject to the terms of the Acquisition Agreement, to acquire through a wholly owned subsidiary, all of the outstanding common shares of Duluth Metals by way of a friendly take-over bid or a plan of arrangement at a price of CDN$0.45 per share in cash (the "Offer").
