South32, the spin-off from BHP Billiton (NYSE:BHP)(NYSE:BBL) started trading on May 18, and BHP announced that the demerger was officially completed on May 25. South32 Limited is an Australian company which is headquartered in Perth. The ordinary shares have a primary listing on the Australian stock exchange ("ASX") as well as a standard and a secondary listing in London and Johannesburg.
