Gold-Produzent Comstock Mining: Projektbesichtigung in Nevada – Exklusive Einblicke vor Ort

Auf meiner jüngsten USA-Reise schauten wir uns auch die Goldminen-Aktivitäten vom amerikanischen Produzenten Comstock Mining (NYSE:LODE) intensiv an. Comstock hat im Westen von Nevada erfolgreich einen gesamten District konsolidiert und produziert heute Gold und Silber.

Ein paar Highlights und objektive Kommentare zu Comstock Mining (wie immer keine Investment-Empfehlung):
- Erfolgreiche Konsolidierung eines großen Gold- und Silber-Bezirks.
- Exzellente Infrastruktur, die sich in ganz vielen Bereichen sehr positiv auswirkt.
- Sehr gute Communiy-Arbeit und Social Relations. Haben hier wirklich eine starke "Marke" aufgebaut und legen ganz großen Wert auf eine solide Arbeit, ausgezeichnete "Business Etiquette" und eine gute Reputation. Verantwortung und Sicherheit werden bei Comstock ebenfalls ganz groß geschrieben.
- Starkes Kommitment der lokalen Bevölkerung eingeholt, was keine einfache Aufgabe war.
- Ehrgeiziges Management, das trotz Mega-Bärenmarkt die letzten Jahre geliefert hat.
- Aktienkurs kam/kommt vor allem aufgrund von Profitabilitätsproblemen und Margen-Einbußen unter Druck. Sind nicht der günstigste Goldproduzent im Hinblick auf die Gesamt-Kostenseite.
- NYSE-Listing ist eine Hausnummer für solch eine relativ kleine Minen-Firma. Hut ab!
- Ausgezeichnetes Projekt- und Mining-Team mit viel Kompetenz und Erfahrung.
- Starke, strategische Aktionäre (u.a. Winfield, Century und Sun Valley). Ein großer Teil der Aktien liegt in festen Händen. Insider kontrollieren insgesamt beachtliche 35% der Firmen-Anteile.
- Gutes Kommitment des Managements.
- Große Ressource und hohes Explorations-Potential. Die Frage stellt sich aktuell, wie viele Unzen bei diesem Goldpreis noch ökonomisch auszubeuten sind. Aber dieses Dilemma haben ja sehr viele Goldminen.
- Potentieller Übernahme-Kandidat und Turnaround-Story in Zukunft bzgl. der Performance.

Asanko Gold mit der Minen-Konstruktion auf AGM in Ghana auf Kurs

Asanko Gold Mine Construction Update

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - July 13, 2015) -

Highlights:

• Phase 1 construction 60% complete and on schedule for first gold in Q1 2016.
• Full mining fleet mobilized and achieving above planned production levels +/- 100,000 tonnes per day.
• Pit dewatering over 55% complete and water levels reduced by 24.3 metres.
• Installation of SAG & Ball Mills underway.
• Project tracking budget with US$138 million of the US$295 million capital cost spent.

Asanko Gold Inc. ("Asanko" or the "Company") (TSX:AKG)(NYSE MKT:AKG) is pleased to provide a construction update on the fully funded Phase 1 of the Asanko Gold Mine ("AGM" or the "Project") in Ghana. Phase 1 will be a low cost, long life mine producing 190,000 ounces of gold per annum at steady state, with the first gold pour on track for Q1 2016.

Project construction remains on schedule with 60% of the overall project complete and around 2,443 employees and contractors on site, as at the end of June 2015. Concrete civils are 66% complete and steel, mechanical and platework 54% complete. All critical path items are in hand and on time. Procurement is practically complete with US$286 million committed out of the total capital budget of US$295 million. US$138 million has been spent up to June 30, 2015.
